I’ve never been so impressed with a laundromat. The whole place is really thought out, from the vending machine to the kids area. It’s so clean and tidy. The furniture is beautiful and there is very clear instruction on how to use the machines and how many basket loads each machine holds. Even free wifi! Super clean and neat, and the kids’ corner with books was such a lovely touch. We stopped by while on our way back from our end-of-year road trip, and it turned out to be such a good spot. My 4.5-year-old had so much fun she didn’t even get bored (which is a miracle 😂). Made laundry time actually enjoyable. The owner of New Spin Laundry in Bairnsdale is very kind, and the laundry machines are extremely clean and well maintained. The way they communicate with customers is excellent. Today we were truly amazed by the level of service we received—we were left speechless. Our clothes were folded so neatly and with great care. My wife and I sincerely thank them from the bottom of our hearts. After seeing their work, our respect for them has increased even more. I have just come here to re-wash my towels after I had a bad experience at another laundromat I came in the door took one look walked around wow it’s so it smells so clean. There’s a vending machine.
